PixArt PAW3950 Ultra Sensor
The X1 V2 Ultra Max 2.0 uses the PixArt PAW3950 Ultra, providing a native sensitivity range of 10–30,000 DPI with fine 10-DPI adjustment increments. ATK also allows the sensor to be overclocked up to 42,000 DPI.
With tracking performance of up to 750 IPS and 50G acceleration, the sensor is designed to maintain accurate tracking during fast flicks, rapid directional changes and precise micro-adjustments.
Adjustable Lift-Off Distance
Lift-off distance can be adjusted from 0.7mm to 1.7mm across 11 levels, with 0.1mm adjustment increments.
This allows players to fine-tune when the sensor stops tracking as the mouse is lifted, which can be particularly useful for low-sensitivity players who frequently reposition their mouse during competitive gameplay.
Nordic 54L15 MCU
The Ultra Max 2.0 is powered by the Nordic 54L15 MCU, forming part of ATK's Nordic 54-series performance platform.
The combination of the Nordic controller and PAW3950 Ultra sensor is designed to provide responsive wireless transmission, efficient power management and stable high-polling-rate operation.
Up to 8000Hz Polling Rate
The X1 V2 Ultra Max 2.0 supports polling rates of up to 8000Hz, allowing the mouse to communicate with the PC at extremely short intervals for smoother tracking and responsive input.
ATK includes its Nano 8K wireless dongle with the Ultra Max 2.0, so the required high-polling receiver is included in the package.
ATK Lightblade Mechanical Switches
The primary mouse buttons use ATK Lightblade Mechanical switches. ATK describes these switches as providing crisp tactile feedback with a clear and defined click feel.
The Lightblade Mechanical switch configuration is specifically used on the Ultra Max 2.0 rather than the optical or Swiftlight switches used by other X1 V2 variants.
TTC Gold Scroll Wheel
A TTC Gold scroll wheel provides defined scrolling and dependable wheel input for gaming, browsing and general productivity.
Tri-Mode Connectivity
The Ultra Max 2.0 supports three connection methods:
2.4GHz Wireless for high-performance gaming
Bluetooth for convenient wireless connectivity
Wired USB for direct operation and charging
This gives the Ultra Max 2.0 greater multi-device versatility while retaining its performance-focused 2.4GHz gaming mode.
800mAh Battery with Extended Runtime
The X1 V2 Ultra Max 2.0 is equipped with a high-capacity 800mAh rechargeable battery.
ATK rates the mouse for up to 800 hours of battery life at 1000Hz, allowing significantly longer periods between charges during normal wireless use. Actual runtime will vary according to polling rate, connectivity mode and usage conditions.
Lightweight Full-Size Design
The mouse measures 127 × 64 × 40mm and weighs approximately 55±3g.
Its symmetrical shape is designed primarily for medium-to-large hands, with ATK recommending it for claw and palm grip styles. This provides a full-size feel while keeping overall weight low enough for rapid movements and competitive gameplay.
All-New Nano Coating
ATK's All-New Nano Coating combines a fine surface texture with enhanced grip characteristics to help maintain control during extended gaming sessions.
The mouse also comes with pre-applied dual-layer anti-indentation mouse feet, designed to deliver smooth and consistent glide while helping the skates retain their shape over time.
ATK HUB Customization
The X1 V2 Ultra Max 2.0 supports ATK HUB through both desktop software and a web interface, allowing users to configure compatible mouse settings and manage the device from either platform.
