RoSync™ Rotating ABXY Layout
The M20 introduces EasySMX's RoSync™ system, allowing the ABXY button arrangement to be physically rotated to suit different platform layouts.
Players moving between services such as Xbox Cloud Gaming and PlayStation Remote Play can change the face-button orientation without disassembling the controller, helping maintain familiar button positioning across different games and platforms.
Hall Effect Analog Sticks
The EasySMX M20 uses Hall Effect analog sticks, which detect stick movement through magnetic sensing rather than the contact-based mechanism used in conventional potentiometer sticks.
This reduces physical wear within the sensing mechanism while providing smooth and precise analog input for FPS, action, racing and cloud gaming. EasySMX specifically pairs the Hall Effect sticks with the M20's 1000Hz response system.
1000Hz Polling Rate
The M20 supports an ultra-fast 1000Hz polling rate, allowing controller input to be reported to the connected device at very short intervals.
This helps provide responsive stick and button input during fast-paced games where timing and precision are important.
Mechanical Micro-Switch Buttons
EasySMX equips the M20 with mechanical micro-switch controls designed to provide crisp tactile feedback and fast actuation.
Compared with conventional membrane-style buttons, the mechanical design gives each press a more distinct and immediate feel, particularly useful for action and competitive games.
Dual-Mode Trigger System
The M20 features a dual-mode trigger system, allowing the trigger behaviour to be adapted for different game types.
This gives players greater flexibility between games requiring more controlled trigger input and titles where faster actuation is preferred.
Programmable M1 & M2 Rear Buttons
Two rear-mounted M1 and M2 programmable buttons allow frequently used commands or button sequences to be assigned for easier access.
The buttons can be configured directly through the controller, helping players execute actions without constantly moving their thumbs away from the analog sticks.
Turbo & Auto-Turbo
The M20 includes both Turbo and Auto-Turbo functionality.
Turbo speed can be adjusted between:
10Hz
20Hz
30Hz
40Hz
This allows repeated button inputs to be configured for compatible games and different play styles.
Dual Grip Vibration Motors
Built-in dual grip motors provide vibration feedback through both sides of the controller for a more immersive gaming experience.
Vibration strength can be adjusted from 0 to 10, although vibration functionality depends on native support from the game and operating mode.
Expandable Design for Phones & iPad Mini
The M20's telescopic frame stretches up to approximately 215mm and supports compatible mobile devices up to 8.5 inches.
This makes it particularly well suited to larger smartphones and compact tablets such as the iPad Mini, providing a handheld-console-style layout with the display positioned between the two controller grips.
Direct Type-C Connectivity
This is the M20 Type-C version, designed around a direct wired connection rather than the separate M20 Bluetooth model.
EasySMX provides several operating modes for Android, including HID and XInput modes. For Apple devices, the controller supports a dedicated wired iOS mode for iPhone 15-series and newer Type-C iPhones.
Swappable D-Pad
The M20 supports an interchangeable D-pad, allowing users to change the directional control surface according to their preference.
EasySMX includes a replacement D-pad with the Type-C version.
GeekGamer 5.0 App Support
Firmware and supported controller settings can be managed through the GeekGamer 5.0 app. EasySMX's official support documentation allows the M20 firmware to be upgraded or downgraded through the app.
